The DELTA 355 TRAILER welds PE and PP pipes and/or fittings with diameters ranging from 125 mm to 355 mm (4” IPS to 14” IPS) for transporting water, gas, and other fluids under pressure. The welder complies with the requirements of the ISO 21307 High Pressure welding standard. The machine consists of:
– Removable control panel with data logging and memory for 4,000 work cycles, GPS for traceability, USB port for data download/printer connection/firmware upgrade
– Easy Life automated welding system; hardware and software are designed to communicate continuously and exchange data throughout all work phases. Once the welding parameters have been entered, the system’s electronics ensure repeatability of the welding cycle, preventing accidental errors. The operator simply needs to validate the work phases with the push of a button.
– Trolley with two steering wheels, parking brake and lifting holes for forklift brackets
– Machine body easily removable from the trolley to be able to operate inside the excavation; the welder has a chip collection tray
– Drag bar for welding between the third and fourth clamps

– Electric milling machine with integrated clamping handle on board the machine with safety microswitch and thermal motor protection device; servo-assisted lifting and closing for easier movements
– On-board heating plate with protective frame and cover to prevent burns; servo-assisted lifting and closing
– Locking block for thermoplate and milling machine for transport phases
– Twenty storable work cycles with quick recall
– Two hydraulic roller conveyors for loading/unloading the pipe
