This workshop/construction site welding machine is suitable for the socket fusion of pipes and fittings up to an OD of 90 mm, in accordance with the standards in force.

The PRISMA 90 is composed of a machine body featuring a selector for the welding depths of the different diameters,
an adjustable clamp for locking the pipes, a self-centring clamp for locking the fittings (different brands), a self-centring
socket welder with electronic temperature control, a device for the maximum heating depth, three machine supporting
legs, a tripod to support the pipe, a set of sockets and spigots for socket fusion from Ø 20 to Ø 90 mm
The welding machine is available in two versions, depending on the type of sockets & spigots supplied:
PRISMA 90 type A and PRISMA 90 type B.

STANDARD COMPOSITION
- Machine body complete with an electronic socket welder, fittings support and a “V” shaped pipe support;
- Machine support (composed of 3 legs);
- Steel case complete with sockets & spigots from Ø 20 to Ø 90 mm, centering devices from Ø 20 to Ø 90 mm, clamp adapters from
Ø 20 to Ø75 mm, and tool kit;
- Pipe support tripod.
