Polyfusion 1.0-25 is a compact and easy-to-use manual sheet welder capable of joining sheets up to one meter wide and with thicknesses from 2 mm to 25 mm. It can weld PE and PP materials.
Welding is managed via a control panel that controls a hydraulic power unit capable of performing the « dual pressure » cycle. The panel, thanks to a joint, can be adjusted horizontally by the operator.
The sheets are secured to the machine body using manual handwheels; the locking arm features a hinge that allows for easy opening and removal of the weld. The machine body’s work surface features a graduated scale on both sides, which speeds up positioning and centering of the pieces to be joined.
The manually operated heating element is housed under the machine body and features a height adjustment handwheel. Temperature control is handled by the high-precision Digital Dragon electronic thermoregulator.
The welder comes standard with a modular support frame for 90° welds. An optional device can be used to produce ferrules, and the minimum diameter possible is 300 mm (with thin-walled sheets).
The welding machine is also able to join PE honeycomb sheets.
At the base of the steel frame is a functional shelf, which can be used to store tools.
The Polyfusion 1.0 – 25 operates at 230 V, with a 110 V version available upon request.
