DELTA 1000 Easy Life, thanks to the dedicated control unit, is able to manage the welding process on diameters of 630-1000 mm in a “semi-automatic” way.
The DELTA 1000 Easy Life can weld fittings such as elbows, tees, branches, and flange collars simply by adjusting the appropriate drag bar. For collars with particularly small shanks, a special tool that can be attached to the clamps is available upon request.
The repeatability of welding cycles is guaranteed by the system’s electronics, which, once the working parameters have been set, leaves the operator with only the task of validating the sequence of welding phases. The graphic display with an intuitive menu allows for quick parameter setting.
The system has an internal memory that records 4,000 work cycles.
The control unit can generate a PDF report of the welds performed, and the files can be downloaded and managed on a PC via a USB stick.
Up to 50 favorite settings can be saved and recalled.
The system features data logging with a built-in time stamp.
The control unit is incorporated into a practical trolley which makes it easy to move.
